Our Estate and Asset Management practice serves owners, occupiers, consultancies, service providers and real estate advisors. We are instructed on strategic and varied roles from identifying transactional and leasing needs, through to projects and asset management of corporate portfolios and the services provided to customers occupying them.
We understand the differing drivers and requirements of each client and are able to identify the candidates who will best meet their needs – covering all service lines from asset management, project management, estates strategy, data centres, account management, client services and sustainability.
We also cater for clients within niche areas such as residential management, higher education, healthcare and government.
